Protex 2000 (PX2K) Flameproof EEx d Cable Gland

CMP Type PX2K Dual Certified Flameproof (Type 'd') and Increased Safety (Type 'e') Cable Gland for all types of Armoured Cables providing an inner Flameproof compound barrier seal around the individual cable cores and an environmental seal on the cable outer sheath. Also equipped with an integral Deluge Protection seal to prevent premature armour corrosion and an armour clamping facility suitable for Steel Wire Armour, Braided or Steel Tape Armour Type Cables. The cable gland also provides electrical continuity via armour termination. Suitable for use in Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 and Zone 22 Hazardous Areas. Protex 2000 (PX2K) range is the complementary sister product to the widely acclaimed CMP Protex Sureseal 2000 (PXSS2K) and Triton CDS (T3CDS) range of Deluge Proof Glands.
