Aluminium indoor and outdoor cable gland with insulated entry
for all types of AWA or Aluminium strip armour cable providing environmental
seal on the cable outer sheath. The gland also provides mechanical
cable retention and electrical continuity via armour wire or strip
armour termination. This glanding method effectively insulates the
Gland and Cable Armour from the enclosure of the equipment permitting
the zoning of earth connections for earthed neutral systems of supply.
The A324 version also provides a Cast Integral Earth Lug making
this product particularly suitable for MV & HV systems where
a high fault current level is required to be carried by the cable's
armour wires to complete the overall circuit protection
